Open to residential projects that include a variety of facilities that cater to residents health and wellness. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. Must have a show unit.

Open to hospitality developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and December 2026.
Best Mixed Use Resort Development
Open to Mixed Use project with resort facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and December 2026.

Best Eco Friendly Development
Open to residential and commercial developments that demonstrate the use of sustainable materials, technology or techniques but do not have official green certification. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026.
Best Smart Home Development
Open to residential projects that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of appliances and systems, such as lighting, temperature and security.The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. All shortlisted residential developments are eligible.
Best Smart Building Development
Open to commercial development that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of systems, such as lighting, temperature and security.The development must be innovative in the use of technology and be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2026. Must have a show unit.
