Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Breakthrough Developer

Must have launched first project during or after 2022 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2023. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Lifestyle Developer

Must have completed at least 2 lifestyle developments in Philippines from 2018 to present. Lifestyle developers offer additional facilities in all their projects for residents to enhance their living experience, such as swimming pools, health and fitness areas, social spaces, children’s playgrounds, convenience stores. Best Socialized Housing Development

Open to development with houses below 580,000 PHP. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. Must have a show unit.   Phases of a multiphase development are also eligible for entry. Availability of public transportation outside and internal transport within the subdivision. Availability of basic community requirements and access to a nearby town center, clinic or primary health care facility, and primary and secondary schools is a must.

Best Alternative Housing Development

Open to owner managed accommodation targeted at students, transient workers, or the elderly. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. Must have a show unit.   Phases of a multiphase development are also eligible for entry.

Best Township Development

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must include landed residential, retail, educational and/or medical facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026.

Best Completed Condo Development

Open to Completed condominiums and apartments project with hand over date between January 2021 and December 2022.

Best Completed Housing Development

Open to Completed developments with more than 4 units of houses and/or villas with hand over date since January 2021 and December 2022.

Best Pet - Friendly Residential Development

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The project must allow residents to keep pets within their property and common areas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. Must have show unit.

Best Senior Living Development

Open to residential projects that offer facilities and services that especially cater to senior citizens, such as daily fitness activities, onsite healthcare, senior-friendly surroundings and social programmes. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. Must have a show unit.

Best Wellness Residential Development

Open to residential projects that include a variety of facilities that cater to residents health and wellness. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026.  Must have a show unit.

Best Eco Friendly Condo Development

Open to condominiums and apartments that demonstrate the use of sustainable materials, technology or techniques but do not have official green certification. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. Must have show unit.

Best Eco Friendly Housing Development

Open to developments with more than 4 units of houses and/or villas that demonstrate the use of sustainable materials, technology or techniques but do not have official green certification. Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted). Best Operational Hospitality Portfolio

Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction

All shortlisted developers will be invited to submit details of their Sustainable Design activities. There is no direct entry for this category.  The criteria used to judge developers’ eligibility for this award includes:
