The People’s Choice Awards is a category originally introduced by the former iProperty Development Excellence Awards in Malaysia in 2014. Since the country’s most trusted property portals PropertyGuru and iProperty joined forces in 2022, the Awards programme has adopted this consumer-favourite category.
