Must have completed at least 5 residential, commercial, hospitality developments in Singapore since January 2018.

Best Transnational Developer

Must have completed at least 1 international residential, commercial or hospitality development outside Singapore since January 2018 and have at least 1 more overseas project in the pipeline.

Best Boutique Developer

Must have completed at least 2 boutique residential, commercial or hospitality developments in Singapore since January 2018.

Best Sustainable Developer

Must have completed at least 2 sustainable developments in Singapore since 2018. Sustainable developers consistently implement environmentally sensitive design features, use low impact construction materials, and install energy, waste efficient systems.

Best Breakthrough Developer

Must have launched first project during or after 2022 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2023.

Best Landed Developer

Must have completed at least 2 landed developments in Singapore since January 2018 till present.

Best Residential Developer

Must have completed at least 2 Residential developments in Singapore since January 2018 till present.

Best Lifestyle Developer

Must have completed at least 2 lifestyle developments in Singapore from 2018 to present. Lifestyle developers offer additional facilities in all their projects for residents to enhance their living experience, such as swimming pools, health and fitness areas, social spaces, children’s playgrounds, convenience stores.

Best Commercial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 commercial developments in Singapore from 2018 to present. Commercial developments include office and/or retail projects.

Best Hospitality Developer

Must have completed at least 1 hospitality developments in Singapore from 2018 to present. Hospitality developments include hotel and resort projects.

Best Industrial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 industrial developments in Singapore from 2018 to present. Industrial developments include manufacturing and/or logistics sector projects.

Best Mixed Use Developer

Must have completed at least 2 mixed use developments in Singapore from 2018 to present. Mixed-Use developments should include a minimum of two interconnected components: residential, retail, office, hospitality, medical, entertainment etc

Best Co-Living Operator

The operator must have at least 3 properties in Singapore since 2022

Best Luxury Developer

Must have completed at least 3 luxury residential (Housing or Condo) developments (For Condo Development should have an average unit price more than 2,500 SGD per sqft) in Singapore since January 2018.

Best Landed Housing  Development    

Open to development with more than 4 units of houses and/or villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit. Phases of multiphase development are eligible for entry.

Best Strata Housing Development 

Open to development with more than 4 units of houses and/or villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit. Phases of multiphase development are eligible for entry.

Best Waterfront Condo Development

Open to condominiums and apartments which located no further than 1km from a body of water like a lake, river, canal, or ocean and 40% of unit must face water. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Integrated Work From Home Development

Open to a project with shared and own workspace amenity as part of a housing/apartment/condo project that can be used only by residents/tenants. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Nature-Integrated Development

Open to residential developments that are designed and built to integrate with their natural surroundings. At least 60% of units must face nature and the project must offer convenient on-and off-site access to green spaces.

Best Wellness Residential Development

Open to residential projects that include a variety of facilities that cater to residents health and wellness. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Lifestyle Development

Open to residential developments that offer convenient on-and off-site access to facilities and amenities for residents to enhance their living experience such as health & fitness centres, convenience stores, community activities, dining and nightlife options.

Best Smart Home Development

Open to residential projects that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of appliances and systems, such as lighting, temperature and security.The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. All shortlisted residential developments are eligible.

Best Office Development  

Open to office building. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2027.

Best Retail Development  

Open to retail developments with more than 20,000 GFA. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2027.

Best Hotel Development 

Open to hotel developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2027.

Best Mixed Use Development   

Open to Mixed Use developments with two or more components, including residential, office, retail, hospitality, medical and entertainment. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2027.

Best Integrated Development 

Open to the development which have complete integration of amenities, retail space, transportation and lifestyle components. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2027

Best Industrial Development  

Open to Industrial developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and December 2027. Industrial developments include manufacturing and/or logistics sector projects.

Best Reconstruction Project Development   

Open to projects which have additional reconstruction of more than 20% of the total project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2027.

Best Smart Building Development  

Open to residential and commercial development. The development must be innovative in the use of technology and be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Green Development   

Open for Residential and Commercial Project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2021 and before December 2027. Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted). Development must include relevant documents, images and certifications to support each entry as evidence of: •Energy saving systems  •Water management systems  •Waste management systems  •Health related features.

Special Recognition in ESG

All shortlisted developers will be invited to submit details of their ESG activities. There is no direct entry for this category.  The criteria used to judge developers’ eligibility for this award includes:
•Environmental features, systems and technology
•Social responsibility and diversity approaches
•Corporate governance and employee benefits

Special Recognition in Sustainable Design  and Construction

All shortlisted developers will be invited to submit details of their Sustainable Design activities. There is no direct entry for this category.  The criteria used to judge developers’ eligibility for this award includes:
•Environmentally friendly design features
•Low impact materials selection
•Design durability and lifecycle assessment

Special Recognition for Public Facility   

Open to healthcare, education, public service, transportation, public assembly and religious facilities that are owned, leased or operated by a governmental or public entity. No direct entry. The winner(s) will be selected by the panel of judges.
