Best Developer

Must have completed at least 5 residential, commercial, hospitality developments in Indonesia since January 2018. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Boutique Developer

Must have completed at least 2 boutique residential, commercial or hospitality developments in Indonesia since January 2018. Boutique developments. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Luxury Developer

Must have completed at least 3 luxury residential developments (For Condo Development should have an average unit price more than 50 million IDR (before tax) per sqm.) in Indonesia since January 2018.

Best Sustainable Developer

Must have completed at least 2 sustainable developments in Indonesia since 2018. Sustainable developers consistently implement environmentally sensitive design features, use low impact construction materials, and install energy, waste efficient systems. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Sustainable Industrial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 sustainable developments in Indonesia since 2018. Sustainable developers consistently implement environmentally sensitive design features, use low impact construction materials, install energy and waste efficient systems. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Breakthrough Developer

Must have launched first project during or after 2022 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2023. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Lifestyle Developer

Must have completed at least 2 lifestyle developments in Indonesia from 2018 to present. Lifestyle developers offer additional facilities in all their projects for residents to enhance their living experience, such as swimming pools, health and fitness areas, social spaces, children’s playgrounds, convenience stores. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Commercial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 commercial developments in Indonesia from 2018 to present. Commercial developments include office and/or retail projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Hospitality Developer

Must have completed at least 2 hospitality developments in Indonesia from 2018 to present. Hospitality developments include hotel and resort projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Industrial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 industrial developments in Indonesia from 2018 to present. Industrial developments include manufacturing and/or logistics sector projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Mixed Use Developer

Must have completed at least 2 mixed use developments in Indonesia from 2018 to present. Mixed-Use developments should include a minimum of two interconnected components: residential, retail, office, hospitality, medical, entertainment etc. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Overseas Developer

Must have completed at least 1 international residential, commercial or hospitality development outside Indonesia since January 2018 and have at least 1 more overseas project in the pipeline.

Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of 30 million to 50 million IDR (before tax) per sqm. Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must include landed residential, retail, educational and/or medical facilities. Best Township Development (Greater Jakarta)

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must include landed residential, retail, educational and/or medical facilities. Open to residential projects that offer facilities and services that especially cater to senior citizens, such as daily fitness activities, onsite healthcare, senior-friendly surroundings and social programmes. Best Wellness Residential Development

Open to residential projects that include a variety of facilities that cater to residents health and wellness. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. Must have a show unit.

Best Eco Friendly Condo Development

Open to condominiums and apartments that demonstrate the use of sustainable materials, technology or techniques but do not have official green certification. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2026. Must have show unit

Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted). General Criteria include dynamic long-term planning document that provides a conceptual layout to guide future growth and development.

Special Recognition in ESG

Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction

All shortlisted developers will be invited to submit details of their Sustainable Design activities. There is no direct entry for this category. The criteria used to judge developers’ eligibility for this award includes:

Special Recognition for Public Facility
